Purchased this to take advantage of the 5G coverage in my area. I work from home almost exclusively, but there are days that I want to work from a local coffee shop or simply out from my own home office. This device keeps me connected, not to mention the consistent speed and connection! Your mileage may vary so consider checking cell coverage (T-Mobile) in your area should you want the same. I haven’t had the opportunity to review the international reliability of this device since I haven’t traveled out of the country since the purchase.The hotspot has both cloudSIM (their paid service) and regular nano SIM functionality which is pretty convenient. I don’t use this every day, but from what I can tell, the battery life is pretty good — an hour of use knocked about 5-8%. Again, this is fine for me since I don’t use this all the time, but you be the judge if that’s too short for you.Obviously you’re paying a premium for this, but I find the features and functionality to be worth it (by comparison to other similar devices out there). No frills and to the point.

As full-time RVers, we need reliable internet access in various locations. We started experiencing loss of connectivity with our MVNO carrier and decided to try a dedicated hotspot through a major carrier.The connectivity was great, but two hotspots we tried had defects. Got full refunds back and kept the SIM card and account active to try something else.Gave this unit a try and it has worked very well with our SIM card, although our carrier needed to change something on there and to enable service with this device. We get great connectivity that even allows us to stream with our Roku. So glad we finally found something that works for us! If we need to use another carrier down the road, we can.UPDATE: We ended up having an issue afterall… the “top tier” mobile internet plan we wanted to use with our carrier would not work with any devices other than those sold by the carrier. We wanted the biggest “bang for our buck”, so we ended up switching to a suitable option our carrier offered and returned the Numen Air device.Still, the Numen Air is a solid device! It was no fault of GlocalMe. Just make sure if you plan to use a SIM card that you can use the plan you want with this device. Talk to the carrier about this before you buy the Numen Air!

I needed a portable wifi device and didnt want the hassle of switching sims card. Ive used AT&T international plan and sometimes found it wanting in certain locations. I’ve tried this device locally and so far it is great. I got excellent reception in areas where my cellular was weak. Im looking to try it overseas next month. So far a great purchase

This is a good product until you purchase the subscription I bought the year subscription an they cut me off an now they want more money just to put it back on service so watch out when you purchase their product they will scam you for more money

I was hesitant to buy this but after I waited for it go on sale, and snagged it, I couldn’t be happier. Yes, the data packages are a little pricey but if you want a 5G hotspot that you can use almost anywhere in the world, without a seperate SIM, this is the way to go!

Use it in Colombia for two weeks. Not so expensive package (3Gb for $25) and it saves me and my wife everywhere we cannot connect to a wifi connection. It’s a life saver if you travel worldwide
